Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase online revenue.
• Identify and engage with potential customers through digital marketing, social media, and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotions, campaigns, and sales initiatives.
• Analyze sales performance and report insights for growth opportunities.
• Manage online inquiries, process orders, and ensure smooth customer transactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce or jewelry/fashion retail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive sales remotely.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and online sales platforms.
• Passion for sustainable fashion and jewelry is a plus!
